Vehslage and Lahr has significant experience representing the interests of injured individuals, as well as, representing the interests of insurance companies, where their insured has caused injury to someone. This experience goes beyond always looking at a case in the same way, every time, and has proven invaluable IN reaching successful trial outcomes for our clients on a consistent basis. Knowing in depth how the ‘other side’ thinks and acts, is a tangible benefit which most firms simply don’t have. Likewise, the process of negotiation involves a knowledge of the adverse party/attorney, with the ultimate resolution being directly affected by the willingness to, and skill in, trying a matter to conclusion if needed. Our attorneys possess the reputation for a willingness to try a matter to conclusion and to do it well. It is that reputation which plays a significant part achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
Vehslage and Lahr is known for being responsive to the needs of the clients it represents. Our attorneys are accessible and maintain open lines of communication to keep our clients informed at all stages of the litigation process. Our goal is not only a successful conclusion, but to offer the client support throughout the litigation process.
